　　2016年1月，旗下山东瑞朗医药股份有限公司在新三板市场挂牌上市。2017年4月，旗下利群商业集团股份有限公司（利群股份）成功上市上交所主板市场，企业借力资本市场步入新的发展历程。2018年5月，利群商业集团成功收购韩国乐天旗下2家香港公司及华东区10家境内公司100％股权及72家大型商超，公司经营规模显著扩大，社会影响力进一步提升，真正实现从区域性商业集团到全国性商业集团的跨越。2018年6月，上海合作组织青岛峰会成功举办，旗下福兴祥物流公司成为峰会食品总供应商，承担峰会期间的全部食材供应任务，受到高度评价，集团社会影响力持续提升。
　　In January 2016, the subsidiary of Liqun, Shandong Ruilang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, was listed on New OTC Market. In April 2017, Liqun’s subsidiary Liqun Commercial Group Co., LTD. was successfully listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange，which made Liqun step into a new development era. In May 2018, Liqun Group successfully acquired a 100% stake in 2 Hong Kong subsidiaries and 10 companies located in East China and 72 large supermarkets of Lotte Group, which significantly expanded the company's operation scale and further enhanced its social influence, finally help to finished the transformation from a regional business group to a national business group. In June 2018, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Qingdao Summit was successfully held, by which Fuxingxiang Logistics Company, the subsidiary of     Liqun group, has owned good reputation as the general food supplier of the Summit for it’s good service performance and high quality food material during the summit.
